Refund/Exchange Policy


Returns 
In the unlikely event that you aren't thrilled with your purchase I offer exchanges or studio credit when notified within 10 days of purchase and returned within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your purchase must be unused, sell-able and in the same condition that you received it. 

Your return shipping is not reimbursed.

Custom orders cannot be returned.


Repairs: 

I offer free repairs if the purchase is defective or damaged upon arrival. I do not cover repairs for damage done in transit. If you would like to add insurance to your order please let me know prior to shipping original order.

I would be happy to help you "refresh" your bag or make repairs to worn bags you purchased from me for a labor/materials charge.


Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. 

Exchanges: Exchanges made only for defective or damaged items beyond repair. If you need to exchange an item, send me an email at christhompsonbags@gmail.com 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
